Andersen is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (PHP) for a project developing workforce management solutions and enhancing digital platforms for business process optimization. 

 

The customer is a European technology company that develops software solutions for workforce and operational process management. The organization provides a digital platform that helps businesses optimize resource planning, streamline staffing-related workflows, and improve operational efficiency through process automation and data-driven decision-making. 

 

The project is focused on developing and enhancing a digital workforce and supplier management platform that streamlines recruiting, staffing, and business process management. It provides integrated solutions for workforce operations, supplier collaboration, and talent acquisition within a unified data-driven ecosystem. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and maintaining backend services using PHP 7/8 and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony, ensuring clean, reusable, and scalable code.  

  • Designing and consuming RESTful APIs to integrate workforce management, supplier management, and recruiting solutions with external ecosystems and third-party services. 

  • Building and maintaining responsive frontend components using Vue.js 2/3, ensuring seamless data flow between backend APIs and user interfaces. 

  • Implementing secure authentication and authorization across the platform. 

 

Must-haves: 

  • Strong experience with PHP 7/8 for 3+ years. 

  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. 

  • Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or similar. 

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable backend code. 

  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. 

  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as JWT, OAuth, or session-based auth. 

  • Hands-on experience with Vue.js 2 or Vue.js 3. 

  • Ability to integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
