Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (.NET + Angular) for a project building a risk intelligence platform, enabling data-driven insights and improved decision-making. 

The customer is a global organization operating in the professional services domain. It provides a range of advisory and analytical support to organizations across multiple industries, helping them improve business performance and address complex operational challenges. The company leverages data, industry knowledge, and digital tools to deliver practical solutions, supporting decision-making, organizational development, and long-term efficiency. 

The project is focused on developing a digital platform that supports risk intelligence and resilience decision-making. It leverages data, analytics, and modeling to help organizations assess risk exposure and improve operational performance. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Designing and implementing APIs and backend services for accessing, processing, and exposing analytical and ML-driven data. 

  • Building integration layers between data platforms (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) and applications. 

  • Implementing data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows in collaboration with data teams. 

  • Working with semi-structured data (JSON) and integrating it into scalable backend services. 

  • Supporting AI-driven pipelines and integrating outputs from Azure ML and similar services. 

  • Ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability of services in line with SLAs. 

  • Integrating backend components within the Azure ecosystem (Functions, Storage, messaging). 

  • Contributing to system architecture, especially service boundaries between data and application layers. 

  • Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, including unit tests and automation. 

  • Collaborating with architects, data engineers, and frontend teams, and supporting backlog refinement with Product Owners. 

  • Conducting code reviews, debugging issues, and improving system performance. 

  • Developing PoCs and contributing to SaaS solution design using modern technologies. 

  • Implementing high-performance cloud solutions using Azure and IaC practices. 

 Must-haves: 

  • Experience in full-stack development for 5+ years. 

  • Hands-on experience with backend development using C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET, building RESTful APIs and services. 

  • Experience in frontend development using Angular.
