Andersen is hiring a Full Stack (.NET+Angular) Developer (EU) for a project developing a web-based platform that streamlines pension management and enterprise business processes. 

The customer is a consulting company that supports organizations in improving HR processes, compensation and benefits frameworks, and internal management systems. The company also provides advisory services related to digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making to help businesses optimize operations and implement modern enterprise solutions. 

The project is focused on developing and maintaining a web-based administration platform for pension and profit management systems. It aims to streamline administrative processes, improve operational efficiency, and provide reliable tools for managing financial plans and related business workflows. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting code reviews of AI-assisted pull requests using a structured, step-by-step review approach to identify defects early, reduce review bottlenecks, and improve overall code quality. 

  • Providing actionable technical feedback and mentoring to engineers, promoting development best practices, maintainability, and continuous improvement. 

  • Evaluating AI-generated code outputs, identifying quality gaps, and defining recommendations to improve AI-assisted development workflows. 

  • Contributing to training and refinement of AI models by analyzing generated code, providing feedback datasets, and helping improve model accuracy and output quality. 

  • Collaborating with engineering teams to establish efficient review processes, quality gates, and best practices for AI-driven software development. 

  • Monitoring review effectiveness metrics and continuously optimizing the PR review lifecycle to increase delivery velocity while maintaining high quality standards. 

Must-haves:  

  • Experience with C# and .NET for 3+ years.
