Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and oversee all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems
- Drive improvements to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order
- Drive financial performance by ensuring productivity, labor, and expense targets are achieved
- Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing and interpreting reports
- Implement and monitor HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews
- Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and guide management in executing company programs
- Train site leadership to control expenses and labor according to budget and sales volume
- Create and implement plans to improve the financial performance of the facility
