About the Role

This role is onsite and aligned to standard weekday business hours.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-level customer service and operational support.
- Support drivers and serve as a primary point of contact during daily operations.
- Coordinate with dock supervisors to ensure successful daily dock launches.
- Lead and coordinate drivers to maintain on-time pickup and delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate driver records, including times, routes, and special handling instructions.
- Manage KPIs, open job reports, and daily POD reconciliation.
- Oversee pickup dispatch management, including B2B and B2C assignments.
- Support key customer accounts and provide ETAs as requested.
- Manually build jobs when required and input rate adjustments.
- Track and trace shipments to ensure service expectations are met.
- Provide ad-hoc delivery and pickup coverage as needed.
- Attend weekly operations meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
