The Role

We're looking for an Internal Events & Talent Program Manager to join a cross-functional team responsible for programs, experiences, and operations that support people and culture. The core of this role is building community by designing and executing events and programming that connect employees with the company’s mission and values, within offices and globally.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of internal events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale company-wide programming. Working alongside other Talent Program Managers, you will contribute to the broader People Experience operation, including supporting new hire onboarding (including facilitation), employer branding, and external events. You will serve as the operational backbone on key initiatives by improving processes, tracking projects, removing roadblocks, and anticipating needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Primary operational owner of global internal events, from vision-setting and budget allocation to vendor management and on-the-ground execution.
  • Design events and programming that build community and reinforce mission and values.
  • Contribute to operational workflows across the People Experience team, including Affinity and Interest Group programming, swag management, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Facilitate new hire and intern onboarding as needed.
  • Work with external vendors and internal teams (Finance, Recruiting, Legal, Physical Security, and others) to manage full event logistics lifecycle.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors and tools to scale team capabilities.

Salary

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $75,000 - $103,000/year. Total compensation may include Restricted Stock Units, sign-on bonus, and other potential incentives. Total compensation is determined by qualifications, experience, skills, and other factors.
