Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Coordinator to manage the implementation of SuccessFactors while integrating it with local HR systems. The main objective is to ensure quality, compliance, payroll accuracy, and overall business readiness of the HR solution.
Main Responsibilities
Elaborate a test activity plan, detailing domains in scope, timelines, roles & responsibilities, and centralization of test scenarios for evaluating the Go/No Go Live decision.
Coordinate and execute end-to-end and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for SuccessFactors implementations and related HR integrations.
Support the business by defining and documenting a comprehensive list of test scenarios across various domains.
Validate end-to-end HR processes including Core HR, Position Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, Time Management, Payroll integrations, reporting, and analytics.
Ensure compliance with Belgian legal and SAP local requirements during testing activities.
Perform data validation including employee master data, interface reconciliation, reporting checks, and migration verification.
Ensure integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors and SAP HR local systems function correctly.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Test Coordinator in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Experience with integrated SAP HR / SuccessFactors landscapes.
Proficiency in Jira.
Solid understanding of HR processes including Core HR and Soft HR domains.
Experience in end-to-end business process testing in integrated HR environments.
Hands-on experience in data validation and reconciliation testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to design and execute comprehensive test scenarios.
Independent work methodology for structuring testing outcomes.
Proficient in stakeholder management and communication.
Fluent in English, with Dutch and/or French for discussions.

Your responsibilities will include steering and executing system integration tests and business user acceptance tests, ensuring transparency, traceability, and compliance throughout the testing lifecycle. By establishing and continuously improving standardized test management approaches, templates, and reporting, you will strengthen quality assurance across projects and releases.
