We are looking for an experienced Test Coordinator to join a large-scale digital transformation program covering web and mobile platforms. The role is part of a strategic, multi-year initiative involving application modernization, platform migration, and the delivery of new digital capabilities across multiple teams.
As a Test Coordinator, you will drive testing activities across complex streams of work, coordinate end-to-end testing efforts, and ensure consistent QA standards across teams. You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA Engineers in an Agile environment operating within the SAFe framework.
Your tasks
Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and delivery streams
Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and testing documentation
Design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for manual and automated testing
Lead and coordinate end-to-end (E2E) testing activities, ensuring proper coverage and execution
Support teams in identifying testing scope, dependencies, risks, and quality concerns
Review test results, analyze defects, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders
Support UAT preparation, including guidance on test data and testing approaches
Monitor testing progress and communicate quality status, risks, and recommendations
Mentor QA team members and contribute to QA community initiatives, knowledge sharing, and process improvements
Requirements
At least 5 years of proven experience as a Test Coordinator, QA Lead, Senior Tester, or similar leadership role
Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple teams and complex projects
Strong background in backend, frontend, web, and mobile application testing
Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Expertise in preparing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test reports
Strong knowledge of manual, exploratory, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing practices
Proficiency with Jira, Xray, Kibana, Grafana, API monitoring/management tools, and TestFlight
Experience working in Agile environments and strong understanding of Scrum practices
Very good communication skills in both English and Polish
Residing in Poland required
Nice-to-have requirements
Background in supporting test automation initiatives and defining automation strategies
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
Previous involvement in large-scale modernization or migration programs
