MAIN PURPOSE
The Test Coordinator is responsible for following the test reporting of the quarterly SAP release. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, coordination with regional teams, and effective management of test process application, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with in-depth knowledge of SAP systems and testing methodologies.
As Quality & Test automation is responsible to make sure that process are automated as much as possible upon the Company rules & governance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Test Process & Governance:
Collaborate with stakeholders (Product owners, L2 & L3) to align the test approach
Maintain the test coordination governance & process
Maintain the RACI on this process
Ensure tools are aligned with the governance & processes

Test coordination Management:
Ensure test cases are set-up by L3 and reviewed & assigned by L2 to respective business users.
Oversee test execution, logging of defects, and triaging of issues. And report missing milestones.
Track test progress using metrics.

Tool Management & Coordination with All stakeholders:
Effective usage of Test management Tool (SAP Solution Manager) for test reporting
Help on the maintenance of the automated test reporting
Maintain the test results & alert sending tool in adequation with the MPREL test governance
Ensure alignment across regions on test scope, timelines, and reporting expectations.
Ensure that way of working on testing
Ensure that test report & alert are shared with all test stakeholder

Quality & Testing automation
Know how to Designs, develops, and maintains robust automated test scripts and frameworks.
Know how Implements automation solutions for web, mobile, and API applications using industry-standard tools.
Collaborates with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Identifies, documents, and tracks software defects to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Know how to drives continuous improvement in testing processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Risk & Issue Management:
Identify and mitigate risks related to test readiness or regional dependencies.
Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders.
Create action plan and follow up in case of drift of risk (drift of nominal Plan)

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders (L2, L3, Release Team), including KPIs.
Document test sign-offs and approvals for moving to the next phase.
Prepare post-release test report and lessons learned.
PROFILE
5 + years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Experience with SAP systems and related testing processes.
Proven ability to manage test execution and defect resolution.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
SKILLS
Leadership & Planning: Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and planning skills to work on multiple releases simultaneously.
Communication: Clear and concise communicator with the ability to work across Business & IT teams.
