Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Consultant to support the global implementation of SuccessFactors, integrating with local HR systems. This role focuses on ensuring quality, compliance, payroll accuracy, and readiness of the HR solution.
Main Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors implementations and HR integrations.
Participate in defining and documenting exhaustive test scenarios covering all relevant domains.
Validate HR processes, including Core HR, Position Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, Time Management, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with Belgian legal obligations and SAP localizations during testing.
Conduct data validation activities like employee master data validation and interface reconciliation.
Validate integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors, SAP HR local systems, payroll, and other applications.
Coordinate testing activities with business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
Monitor testing progress, document status reports, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
Support integration testing and go-live readiness activities.
Communicate effectively with project management and stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Test Consultant with SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience in integrated SAP HR / SuccessFactors landscapes.
Understanding of HR processes across Core HR and Soft HR domains.
Strong experience with end-to-end business process testing.
Hands-on experience with data validation and reconciliation testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to design and execute comprehensive test scenarios.
Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French for functional discussions.
