Key Requirements ISTQB Certification Ability to support QA activities across delivery teams Attention to detail, quality, and problem-solving skills Experience working in international environments Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Individual contributor with 8+ years in Quality Assurance Experience defining, executing, and reporting tests for software Proficient in web and mobile testing Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack) System testing experience on modern UI (Web/Mobile) API Testing expertise using Postman and Swagger Experience with test management tools (e.g., qTest) Practical knowledge of Jira/Confluence Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days in office/week) Nice to Have Automation Testing Experience Working knowledge of the PEGA platform Familiarity with AI testing tools Experience with SAFE methodology
