Project Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Track portfolio and programs, including RAID log, dependency mapping, and milestone management across workstreams and vendors.

• Facilitate Agile governance, including sprint ceremonies, velocity tracking, and capacity planning.

• Provide executive-ready status reporting, KPI tracking, and budget vs actuals synthesis.

• Define and apply delivery standards and contribute to program governance frameworks.

• Design proactive escalation paths and manage risks and issues across IT and business streams.

• Monitor budget by tracking contractor days consumed versus allocated.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT program management on Salesforce or enterprise platform delivery.

• Proficiency in tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

• Assertive approach to enforcing governance standards without blocking delivery.

• Experience coordinating multi-vendor teams simultaneously.

• Bilingual proficiency (FR/EN) is considered a plus.
