IT Delivery Manager

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking an IT Delivery Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery and management within a multi-client context. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background and will be result-oriented, focusing on projects in the area of transportation operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate portfolio projects and initiatives.

• Monitor deadlines, risks, dependencies, milestones, and budgets.

• Prepare and consolidate status reporting for stakeholders and management.

• Support and organize steering committees and decision forums, ensuring follow-up.

• Coordinate with different areas to unblock dependencies.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or similar.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project delivery and management in complex, large-scale environments.

• Knowledge of portfolio management, planning, and reporting.

• Familiarity with traditional and Agile methodologies.

• Clear communication skills with various levels of the organization.

• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile.

• Proven experience in consultancy and delivery in multi-client environments.

• Strong technical background with the ability to communicate between business and technology.

• Functional leadership skills and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience in overseeing physical equipment installations on-site, ensuring technical and operational alignment is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in managing large teams and cross-functional collaborations.

• Certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.).
