Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of several software project teams. Ensure all project deliverables are on track and meet high-quality standards. Handle comprehensive project reporting and effectively manage client feedback. Build, maintain, and manage direct relationships with key client stakeholders. Track project performance, improve the KPI framework, and measure the impact of AI on developer productivity. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and client expectations. Lead and manage the project team, providing mentorship and guidance for key engineers Min requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing software development projects. Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid model ( strictly 3 days a week from the Kraków office ).
