The Transition Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and drivig complex transition and cutover activities across several parallel application migrations. The role is execution‑focused and complements the Programme Manager by taking ownership of day‑to‑day transition management, operational readiness, and cross‑stakeholder coordination. Full domain knowledge and support will come from the Programme manager. This role requires a hands‑on senior project manager with strong experience in financial sector IT transitions, able to work in complex, multi‑vendor environments with high regulatory and operational requirements.
