DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting loan origination and servicing
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation
Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools
Integrate systems and optimize workflows for seamless loan application and approval procedures

Requirements:

Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, with willingness to contribute ideas and challenge existing approaches
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and influence technical and solution decisions
Strong focus on process optimization through automation
Ability to build systems from scratch in a dynamic environment
Hands‑on experience with: Kubernetes, Docker, Bamboo, Argo, SQL, Sysdig, Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana
Strong experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud technologies
Proficiency in scripting, SQL, and monitoring tools
Good understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
Several years of experience in DevOps / cloud engineering roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams

Nice to have:

Experience with scripting and cloud technologies
Experience working with loan processing or banking systems
Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
Experience working in Agile environments
