Description
As a Sr. Product Manager, you'll own significant product areas end-to-end, shaping strategy, driving delivery, and influencing the roadmap across a Salesforce-native product suite. Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more significant product areas within the product suite
- Define and prioritize outcomes by deeply understanding customer needs, market trends, and business goals
- Develop and maintain a clearly communicated product roadmap aligned with company priorities
Execution & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, definition, and delivery of complex product initiatives
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive engineering alignment and ensure the team remains focused and unblocked
- Own delivery cadence, track commitments, and remove blockers proactively
- Work fluently in an AI-first development environment, using AI tooling to accelerate discovery, documentation, and delivery
- Use product analytics and qualitative research to validate decisions and continuously improve shipped product
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary product voice for your domain with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success
- Lead customer discovery interviews and translate insights into product direction
- Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and progress to senior leadership
- Represent product perspective with external partners and customers as needed
