The Opportunity

We are hiring an AI Product Manager to lead our AI product area, including our AI assistant, document intelligence tools, and AI-based dashboards and reporting features.

We need a PM who understands how LLM products work in production, including embeddings, document retrieval, evaluations, tool and function calling, MCP, orchestration, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Create product vision and roadmaps for AI-powered features across our platform. Manage the full product lifecycle from idea to launch.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and other teams to deliver successful product releases.

  • Define quality and reliability standards for AI features, including evaluations, permissions, response speed, and error handling.

  • Make strong product decisions about when to use AI, when to use standard UX solutions, and how to combine both effectively.

  • Support daily project management activities and improve product development processes using Agile methods.

  • Conduct market and customer research to understand user needs, analyze data, and help prioritize product features.

Requirements

  • Experience building and launching AI or LLM-based products in production, preferably in data, analytics, automation, or developer platforms.

  • Understanding of embeddings, evaluations, tool calling, MCP, and the limits of AI products.

  • Ability to take ownership of product roadmap planning and execution.

  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methods and tools such as Jira.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain product decisions clearly.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
