We are seeking a hands-on UX Copywriter to shape content for sophisticated banking products and help define how content design operates within our organization. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, developers, and senior stakeholders across the business.

Starting with corporate banking projects, this role is part of a broader innovation and experience design team, offering strong opportunities to influence multiple initiatives and contribute to the evolution of content design practices at scale.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Shape the content design practice

    • Establish content design processes, standards, and workflows within the Design team

    • Define and maintain voice and tone guidelines across products and platforms

    • Introduce content-first thinking into design and product development

    • Create templates, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency

  • Deliver content for complex products

    • Write clear, user-focused content for digital banking journeys (onboarding, transactions, servicing)

    • Translate complex financial and regulatory concepts into simple, understandable language

    • Ensure content is effective across channels (app, web, messaging, notifications)

    • Create content that is scannable, actionable, and contextually relevant

  • Collaborate across the organisation

Requirements

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related field
