As a UX content designer, you’ll partner with product designers, product managers and researchers to create clear, human, and purposeful UX content that helps customers confidently navigate client's digital products and complete key tasks with ease. Using research, A/B testing and analytics, you’ll refine what works best for our B2B audiences. You’ll own the end-to-end content design process—helping to establish best practices and evolving standards for style, voice and tone across digital product experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex concepts into clear, concise and accessible UX copy that supports user goals, reflects client's brand voice and builds empathy for targeted user groups

  • Ensure a consistent, cohesive narrative across user journeys with strong attention to detail

  • Act as primary UX content subject matter expert across multiple product teams

  • Collaborate closely with product designers, UX researchers, engineers, and product managers throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery to prototypes to production—to deliver cohesive, data-informed UX content solutions

  • Partner with product and marketing on naming and positioning of new products and features

  • Apply information architecture principles to structure and label information across screens and flows, ensuring logical hierarchy, consistent taxonomy and clear navigation

  • Collaborate with product designers to ensure content integrates seamlessly into layouts and components, reinforcing hierarchy, clarity and usability

  • Co-author, maintain and evangelize the UX Content Style Guide as it relates to the broader design system

  • Contribute to content pattern libraries and documentation within the design system to support reuse and consistency

  • Contribute to content design roadmap planning by identifying opportunities where content improvements align with business objectives and user needs

  • Identify opportunities for A/B and user testing to optimize content performance; execute tests, synthesize results and collaborate with the A/B testing team on prioritization

  • Advocate for inclusive, accessible language in all product experiences

Requirements:

  • 4–8+ years of overall digital content writing or strategy experience (within UX content or related digital content areas such as product content strategy, technical writing or customer support content)

  • At least 3+ years of direct experience creating UX content—writing or designing content within digital products and collaborating closely with designers, researchers and product teams

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience developing content strategies and writing content for both websites and native app experiences

  • Experience designing and writing UX content that improves clarity, usability and task completion

  • Comfortable working in Figma (or similar design tools) to place and edit content directly in context, identify hierarchy or layout issues and collaborate with designers on usability and component behavior

  • Demonstrated understanding of information architecture as it applies to UX content—including organizing information, defining hierarchies and applying consistent labeling and taxonomy patterns across flows

  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data—including A/B tests and primary research—to inform content decisions and clearly communicate findings

  • Experience conducting content audits and defining improvements that enhance structure, usability and consistency

  • Demonstrated understanding of the strategy behind UX writing and how it differs from brand and marketing

  • Familiarity with design thinking and agile processes

  • Excellent written, verbal and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels of the organization

  • Experience with localization and/or creating content for global audiences

  • Portfolio or samples of UX content work

  • Project duration: 2–3 months with possible extension
