One of our clients in the banking sector is looking for a Product Owner to become part of a dedicated development team focused on enhancing user experience in digital banking channels. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of payments and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance or banking industry. As a Product Owner, you are expected to lead with a proactive mindset, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the development team by serving as the voice of the customer during product decisions and trade-offs.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align on business impact, success metrics, and prioritization

  • Working closely with the UX design team to define best-in-class user experience

  • Owning and prioritizing the product backlog based on customer needs and business impact

  • Planning and communicating delivery milestones while managing dependencies.

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the finance or banking sector with knowledge of payments

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner at both strategic and operational levels

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with ability to motivate and lead others

  • Proactive, innovative, can-do mindset to convert complex requirements into actionable items

  • Experience working in agile environments

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Owner to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Translate product strategy into actionable backlog and deliver value incrementally. Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria to enable development. Own and continuously refine the product backlog to maximize delivered value.
