Your responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, and security

  • Configure and optimize ServiceNow modules (including ITSM and others)

  • Analyse requirements and support implementation of new functionalities

  • Ensure proper integration with external systems (REST, Web Services, SSO, LDAP)

  • Maintain platform consistency, alignment, and configuration quality standards

  • Support incident resolution, troubleshooting, and system improvements

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
