Your Tasks

As a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer, you will design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules 

  • Implementing solutions across areas such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, workflows, and integrations 

  • Creating and maintaining business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, forms, reports, and dashboards 

  • Supporting integrations with third-party systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities 

  • Translating business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions 

  • Collaborating with consultants, architects, project managers, QA, and client stakeholders 

  • Supporting testing, troubleshooting, documentation, deployment, and release activities 

  • Ensuring clean code, platform best practices, maintainability, and upgrade readiness 

Your Profile

You bring solid ServiceNow development experience and enjoy working in international project environments.

You should have:

  • Professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer, ideally 3+ years 

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and configuration 

  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow Studio 

  • Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture 

  • Experience with Agile delivery methods 

  • Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken 

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow certifications, e.g. CIS HRSD , CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM
