Summary:

The role of ServiceNow System Administrator focuses on effectively managing the ServiceNow platform to ensure high performance, reliability, and usability while supporting the IT service environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily operations and health of the ServiceNow platform

  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot technical issues

  • Apply patches, upgrades, and changes in a structured and documented way

  • Manage user roles, groups, and permissions

  • Ensure data integrity and platform security

  • Provide technical support and training to end-users

  • Create and maintain platform documentation

  • Generate reports and dashboards as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow system administration

  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices

  • Good command of JavaScript and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS)

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven attitude

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to automation or AI-related platform features

  • Basic development capabilities or scripting experience
