Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow configurations and customizations

  • Analyse business needs and advise on new platform functionalities

  • Design and develop custom solutions within ServiceNow

  • Perform testing, validation, and code reviews to ensure quality and stability

  • Collaborate with architects and administrators on development projects

  • Maintain and manage ServiceNow instance, ensuring performance and security

  • Support integrations with external systems (REST, Web Services, SSO, LDAP)

  • Troubleshoot incidents and implement bug fixes and improvements
