Your responsibilities
Develop and implement ServiceNow configurations and customizations
Analyse business needs and advise on new platform functionalities
Design and develop custom solutions within ServiceNow
Perform testing, validation, and code reviews to ensure quality and stability
Collaborate with architects and administrators on development projects
Maintain and manage ServiceNow instance, ensuring performance and security
Support integrations with external systems (REST, Web Services, SSO, LDAP)
Troubleshoot incidents and implement bug fixes and improvements
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Contribute to continuous improvement, risk management, and platform optimization
