Description

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families. Assess patient conditions, document findings to support billing, order and manage diagnostic tests, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, prescribe medications, and focus on preventive care, health promotion, and patient education. Collaborate with physicians for consultation and supervision as needed and clearly communicate patient needs, care plans, and problem resolutions with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a care team of 3 MDs and 2 advanced practice providers

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting

• Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic illnesses

• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests and develop personalized treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions and manage patient conditions effectively

• Emphasize preventative care, health promotion, and patient education

Requirements

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified

• Active or eligible license in Arkansas
