Description

Locum Tenens Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner position at a surgical center, covering a 13-week assignment with standard 10-hour shifts and 24-hour on-call coverage. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe and manage medications, perform procedures as permitted by state regulations, provide patient education, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and document care accurately.

Requirements

• MSN degree focused on an NP specialty

• Active and unencumbered APRN license in Oregon

• National NP certification in a relevant specialty area

• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience

• Strong assessment skills and ability to perform physical examinations/procedures relevant to the specialty
