Description

Join a Transfer & Command Center team to coordinate patient access, transfers, and physician-to-physician consultations across an integrated health system. The role combines clinical decision-making with collaboration to solve complex access and throughput challenges and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient access and inter-facility transfers

• Provide physician-to-physician consultation and transfer coordination

• Support system-wide care delivery by influencing patient flow and throughput

• Collaborate with teams across a multi-hospital network

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Acute care clinical experience

• Multi-state licensure preferred

• Strong interest in patient flow, healthcare operations, and care coordination
