Description

Work as an Emergency Medicine Physician in modern, regularly updated free-standing ER facilities designed for high-quality care without overwhelming caseloads. Roles are available across Dallas, Austin, Houston, and additional rural/critical access sites with 24/7 coverage. Pay varies by market and facility type, with malpractice/tail coverage, occurrence-based insurance, and potential observation and CDI/RVU incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care as part of a collaborative healthcare team

• Maintain high-quality clinical and operational performance

• Manage clinical quality and support operational performance across assigned sites

• Practice in alignment with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical guidelines

Requirements

• Completed Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine residency; at least 2 years of ER experience

• Active Texas state licensure

• BLS, PALS, ACLS, ATLS

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine

• Prefer experience in a free-standing emergency department or urgent care setting

• Experience managing multiple clinical sites and leading cross-functional teams
