Description

You’ll build and own core product features for an AI agents and logistics platform, translating customer operational needs into reliable, scalable software. The role emphasizes architectural ownership, system quality, and end-to-end delivery in a SaaS environment where customers see impact quickly. As an early Product Engineer, you’ll shape product direction and help define what great product engineering looks like for the team.

Responsibilities

• Build and own core product features powering thousands of AI agents running in parallel
• Translate business/customer needs into reliable, scalable engineering solutions
• Design and implement data pipelines and backend systems that scale from hundreds to millions of users
• Ship end-to-end features in a SaaS environment
• Collaborate on architecture, product decisions, and technical direction
• Help define standards for product engineering as an early team member

Requirements

• 6+ years of deeper architectural ownership with strong system-quality focus
• Strong backend and systems engineering fundamentals
• Experience owning core product or infrastructure in a SaaS or platform environment
• Mindset focused on reliability, performance, and architecture
• Comfort working in a fast-moving in-person startup environment
• Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in SF (Financial District) or NYC satellite office
