Description

You will design, develop, and operate integrated solutions that deliver seamless end-to-end experiences for internal employees. The role emphasizes integrating generative AI (LLMs and GenAI) responsibly into enterprise workflow systems and building the infrastructure, APIs, and integrations needed for company-wide tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, develop, test, deploy, and operate fully integrated end-to-end solutions

• Influence AI strategy and vision for internal enterprise applications

• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate generative AI into existing workflows

• Apply AI responsibly to solve enterprise problems for the whole company

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for modern integrations across internal and third-party services

• Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, stakeholders, and vendors; communicate technical ideas clearly

Requirements

• X+ years as a software engineer who reliably delivers on time and with quality

• Experience building scalable, high-performing applications with strong backend fundamentals

• Strong Python and/or Java skills plus solid data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and data-layer design

• GenAI/LLM experience shipping LLM-powered features (e.g., retrieval, agents, tool use, prompt and evaluation workflows)

• Experience building and integrating APIs and enterprise services (internal and third-party)

Benefits

• Compensation: Annual salary only; no bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation is salary vs. stock options.

• Salary range: $388,000.00 - $558,000.00 (varies by location)
