Description

You will design and deliver scalable Python back-end solutions in cloud environments, working with international teams on complex systems. The role also supports AI and GenAI initiatives, including LLM-based solutions, and influences technical standards across projects. You’ll combine hands-on development, architecture design, and knowledge sharing, with opportunities to act as a consultant or lead.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable back-end solutions using Python in cloud environments

• Contribute to solution architectures across Python, cloud, and Java-based systems

• Act as a technical consultant or lead in Python development projects

• Support AI and GenAI initiatives, including LLM-based solutions

• Promote clean code, best practices, and high engineering standards

• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge through workshops

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing high-quality, scalable Python code and designing robust software architectures

• Experience with Python libraries such as Streamlit, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and Celery

• Strong knowledge of AI development libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras

• Hands-on LLM development experience with frameworks like LangChain

• Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA)

• Proficiency with embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering

• Ability to integrate AI components with APIs and databases to deliver cohesive solutions

• Excellent English; German is a plus
