Description

You will work with the existing system administrator to ensure reliable IT operations and further develop the infrastructure. The role covers server and virtualization operations, network administration, backups/patch management, Microsoft 365 and identity administration (Active Directory and Entra ID), and technical support for CRM and workplace applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and develop the server and virtualization environment (Windows Server, Hyper-V, S2D, VDI)

• Manage the network including switches, firewalls, WLAN, and VPN

• Handle backups, patch management, and IT security

• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and workstations

• Implement IT projects together with the system administrator and document systems

• Support the technical operation of the CRM CAS genesisWorld (updates, server and database topics)

• Support adjustments in SmartDesign and user support

Requirements

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker for System Integration (m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Experience in administering Windows Server, network, and Microsoft 365 environments

• Knowledge of virtualization, backup solutions, and firewalls; SQL knowledge and CRM experience are a plus

• Independent, structured, and reliable work style; ability to collaborate within the team

• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
