Description

Architect, engineer, and optimize end-to-end data products and analytics applications, from consultative systems analysis and backend data engineering to frontend application architecture and UX. Serve as a technical authority for complex BI problems such as advanced interactivity patterns, end-to-end performance optimization, and custom data integration logic. Own the full product lifecycle for the department’s analytics applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-stack engineering for analytics applications

• Design complex, end-to-end decision support systems

• Develop backend data engineering, ETL, and reporting-ready transformations

• Engineer frontend visualization (Viz) and user experience

• Solve novel technical problems and define technical strategy across projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

• 3 years of progressive experience in BI engineering, data product development, or full stack analytics

• Experience independently architecting and managing the full lifecycle of complex data products

• Workday Reporting Training Certification

• AI/Copilot certification OR other MS certification such as Azure or Fabric

• Workday certification within 1 year of start date; second certification within 6 months of completing the first
