Description

You will build and operate the platform layer behind an agentic, AI-powered enterprise digital workspace. The platform delivers asset metadata services (indexing, search, listing, favorites), real-time customization, the core design system, and enterprise governance across web, mobile, and desktop.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of distributed systems and provide system-wide architectural guidance

• Build agents to support onboarding and evaluation of enterprise governance across features and accounts

• Balance execution speed with architectural requirements and manage long-term “one-way door” decisions

• Drive engineering best practices and operational excellence across the team

• Solve complex technical problems and communicate clarity through simple, well-designed solutions

• Mentor and coach multiple engineers

• Communicate technical designs to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional non-internship software development experience

• 2+ years of design or architecture of new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling)

• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience

• 1+ year developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl

• 1+ year Object-Oriented Design experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related (or foreign equivalent)

• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
