Description

As a Microsoft Business Applications & AI Engineer, you lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, integrating AI capabilities to create measurable business impact. You extend platform capabilities with pro-code customization, design AI-powered experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Foundry, and build enterprise integrations across business systems. You also champion CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices within Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in Agile teams

• Extend capabilities via pro-code customization (plugins, PCF, custom connectors)

• Design and implement AI-powered experiences with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Foundry

• Build and maintain enterprise integrations across ERP, CPQ, telephony, and SaaS systems

• Drive CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

• Collaborate with Architects and Functional Consultants to shape the solution approach

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Contact Center/Sales/Service) and Power Platform (Dataverse, Apps, Automate, Pages)

• Proficiency in C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript

• Comfortable with PowerShell/Bash and Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/ARM/Terraform)

• Experience with Azure Integration services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)

• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI integrations into business workflows

• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions, balancing configuration vs. customization with a cost/value mindset

• Analytical and adaptable approach and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving delivery environments

• Ability to influence technical direction and communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
