Description

Own the end-to-end Travel Rule product experience, from platform APIs and backend infrastructure to consumer flows, while scaling the TRUST network globally. Drive network growth by onboarding new VASPs, expanding asset and network support, and leading go-to-market efforts. Strengthen privacy and security posture and lead program health and stakeholder alignment across a complex, multi-team domain.

Responsibilities

• Drive TRUST network growth (sign new VASPs, expand support, lead go-to-market)

• Own platform and consumer experience for Travel Rule compliance

• Shape consumer experiences that make cross-exchange transfers easy, transparent, and trustworthy

• Coordinate cross-team integration so front-end surfaces work cleanly with Travel Rule infrastructure

• Support global expansion and jurisdiction-specific requirements (e.g., EU, UK, India)

• Improve privacy and security posture for the TRUST platform

• Lead program health and stakeholder alignment as the single-threaded owner

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience

• Business development and partnership mindset for adoption and relationship building

• Experience building platform or API products other teams integrate with

• Strong consumer product instincts for trustworthy, easy-to-use experiences

• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across stakeholders

• Experience with compliance, regulatory, or risk products in fintech or financial services

• Strong analytical skills defining success metrics for platform health and user experience

• Excellent communication skills translating regulatory requirements into product direction

• Responsible generative AI usage with human oversight

Benefits

• Base salary range: $207,485–$244,100 USD (excluding equity/bonus)
