Description

This neurohospitalist opportunity is a 100% inpatient role with a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule and shared call. Training in vascular or neurocritical care is preferred but not required, and the position also offers the chance to assist with telemedicine opportunities across the system. Medical student teaching and research/clinical trial participation are available if you’re interested.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient neurology hospital care as part of the neurohospitalist team

• Participate in shared call coverage

• Assist with telemedicine opportunities throughout the system

• Optionally teach medical students (with additional compensation)

• Optionally pursue research opportunities and/or clinical trials

Requirements

• Training in vascular or neurocritical care is preferred (not required)

• Ability to work the 7 days on / 7 days off inpatient schedule
