Description

You will join an established neurohospitalist program for the East Valley and provide inpatient ICU coverage alongside an established outpatient neurology team (including neurointerventionalists and neurosurgeons). The role offers daily double coverage and unique neuroscience cases of varying complexity, with separate telestroke support for acute strokes.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient ICU neurohospitalist coverage in a Stroke Certified facility
• Coordinate care with an established team of outpatient neurologists, neurointerventionalists, and neurosurgeons
• Support complex stroke and neuroscience cases

Requirements

• BC/BE in General Neurology
• Current AZ license/DEA or ability to obtain
• Stroke Medicine fellowship welcome but not required
• Experienced neurologists and new graduates encouraged to apply
