Description

Join the operations team to analyze, simplify, and set up internal work processes so procedures are logical, understandable, efficient, and functional in daily practice. You will own specific workflows end-to-end: mapping and evaluating the current state, identifying gaps, designing improvements, producing process maps and documentation, and validating changes in real pilots. Prior process-management experience is not required—strong analytical thinking and the drive to deliver practical, working solutions are what matter most.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the current state of workflows (how processes run, owners, and handoffs)
  • Identify deficiencies: unclear points, duplicates, missing steps, and simplification opportunities
  • Propose functional solutions for task structure, responsibilities, and dependencies
  • Create process maps for both current and proposed workflows
  • Translate processes into concrete documents (methodologies, work instructions, guides, and forms)
  • Contribute to process digitization by evaluating Microsoft 365 options for simpler administration, better sharing, and automation
  • Validate proposed solutions through pilot testing and feedback-based finalization
  • Help implement changes with managers and staff
  • Check whether processes work as intended and suggest further improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking
  • Ability to drive solutions to completion and ensure they function in practice
  • Systematic approach to organizing information and structuring complex tasks
  • Independent and proactive work style
  • Critical thinking and willingness to ask why tasks are done a certain way
  • Precise, understandable written communication
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office and interest in digital tools
  • Process-management experience is not required; training will be provided

Benefits

  • Meaningful and varied work in a nonprofit environment
  • Direct impact through real operational improvements
  • Clearly defined tasks and methodological support during onboarding
  • Autonomy and room for your own improvement ideas
  • Starting salary: 40,000–48,000 CZK gross/month; potential growth up to 55,000 CZK
  • Option for part-time and partial home office
