Quick Facts

Description

As a Business Analyst, you will analyse business needs and model processes to define functional requirements and user stories for SharePoint (On-premises and cloud) and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the SDLC, support testing and change management, and help identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. The role also includes preparing business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses, along with comprehensive project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, model, and document business processes, workflows, capabilities, and data.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Create and maintain business process models using BPMN and UML.
• Support business stakeholders and product owners during the software development lifecycle.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed business requirements specifications.
• Analyse existing systems and identify process optimization and automation opportunities.
• Support solution design and implementation using SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Contribute to system design, testing, quality assurance, and change management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous business process improvement.
• Prepare and maintain analytical and project documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, architects, and other stakeholders to align business objectives and technical solutions.
