Description

Own programs for Storage server delivery where the critical path spans silicon, firmware, and software teams. Translate telemetry, customer requirements, and manufacturing escapes into structured corrective action plans, quantified failure-rate improvements, and qualification milestone readiness (EVT/DVT/PVT). Ensure hardware readiness, qualification completeness, and smooth operational handoff without gaps.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex technology initiatives across concept-to-delivery stages.

• Coordinate hardware, firmware, and software teams simultaneously; influence technical priorities using data.

• Communicate program decisions to leaders and VPs; build consensus and resolve contentious issues.

• Define clear goals and objectives; deliver the right work with crisp prioritization and decision-making.

• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans before they become blockers.

• Apply project management best practices to refine procedures and improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams

• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams with processes and release schedules

• Experience taking a product from conception/definition through engineering design and into market
