Description

Own planning and analytical workstreams that shape GTM growth strategy and the operating plan. Build headcount, capacity, and productivity models; develop revenue targets and scenario analyses; and translate results into data-backed recommendations for executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate company financial objectives into growth strategies, resource allocation decisions, and operating plans across regions, segments, and functions.
• Build headcount, capacity, and productivity models to guide investment across Sales, Technical Success, Partnerships, and other GTM functions.
• Develop regional and segment-level revenue targets and executable plans with clear accountability.
• Run scenario analyses covering hiring, productivity, product launches, partner distribution, and other growth levers.
• Provide recommendations on segmentation, coverage models, organizational structure, and resource allocation.
• Lead annual and midyear planning cycles with Strategic Finance, GTM Leadership, Field Operations, Data Science, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze revenue attainment, capacity, productivity, and key performance indicators to surface risks and challenge assumptions.
• Communicate complex analyses into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership.
