Description

You will join an IT Solutions Delivery team during a large-scale technology transformation: modernizing core architecture, building a cutting-edge data platform, and standardizing engineering practices. The role provides end-to-end ownership of solutions—from design and deployment to maintenance and continuous enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-availability backend systems
• Drive and own key architectural and technological decisions within your domain
• Analyze business requirements, plan technical tasks independently, and estimate solutions
• Build and maintain integrations with distributed databases and message broker systems
• Improve engineering culture through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and mentoring

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Python with deep understanding of its ecosystem
• Proven commercial track record with Django, specifically building and scaling REST APIs
• Strong, practical knowledge of MySQL, Cassandra, and ClickHouse
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and asynchronous communication patterns
• High independence: comfortable owning a feature end-to-end (requirements → deployment → post-release maintenance)
• Ability to estimate time and complexity with a critical, problem-solving approach
• Proactive, “can-do” mindset focused on achieving goals with optimal technical solutions
• English proficiency for seamless daily communication
