Description

IT Systems Architect for a project to build a new CRM for a Retail Customer Network. You will create solution architecture concepts and models, support key technology decisions, plan integrations and data set development, and assess solutions delivered by internal/external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural requirements

• Develop reusable solutions and grow architecture patterns, principles, and standards

• Analyze, design, and oversee implementation aligned to the IT strategy and target solution architecture

• Plan data source integrations and data set evolution

• Estimate the impact of architectural changes

• Support the project team in key technology decisions

• Create solution architecture concepts and architecture models

• Evaluate functional quality of deliverables from external and internal IT providers

• Maintain technology standards and improve architecture tools and practices

• Support the tendering (bidding) process

• Collaborate with IT vendors to implement the solution concept

• Decompose complex architecture topics; design distributed, multi-layer, component-based solutions

• Estimate system complexity

• Prepare functional and technical documentation

• Coordinate and communicate with client units and external stakeholders

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science

• Knowledge of IT solution architecture concepts

• UML and BPMN proficiency

• Requirement acquisition, structuring, and modeling methods

• Integration aspects and patterns; SOA, ESB, EAI

• Integration technologies knowledge

• Ability to design and implement complex distributed IT systems

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2; and platform knowledge for Java and C# (design + programming)

• Ability to clearly specify and communicate system concepts

• English proficiency in speech and writing
