Description

You will have a real impact on planning and delivering releases in a complex IT environment. You will coordinate the deployment process, work with multiple teams, and ensure the smoothness and quality of changes delivered.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain release plans and schedules

• Coordinate activities across Development, QA, Architecture, Operations, and Business

• Manage release scope and identify dependencies between systems, components, and teams

• Define and evolve standards and procedures for release management

• Ensure process consistency across the full SDLC

• Ensure releases comply with CI/CD policies, ITIL, and organizational standards

• Plan deployment windows and coordinate production changes

• Identify risks, monitor release quality, and initiate actions to minimize impact of potential issues

• Organize and run Release Readiness and Go/No-Go meetings

• Prepare and verify Deployment Plans, Rollback Plans, and change documentation

• Coordinate deployment activities during production windows

• Manage the Change Request process

• Collaborate with security and operational risk management areas

Requirements

• Experience as a Release Manager or similar role coordinating IT releases

• Experience in the banking sector

• Practical knowledge of SDLC, Release Management, and Change Management

• Experience working according to ITIL framework

• Ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders and coordinate in a complex organizational environment

• Experience working with AI tools

• Strong communication and organizational skills
