Description

You will take technical ownership of a large-scale corporate web ecosystem. This is not a hands-on development role; instead, you act as the IT owner, working with business stakeholders and external technology partners to ensure delivered solutions meet enterprise technical, quality, and stability standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the web platform technical roadmap and align it with enterprise architecture and technology standards

• Review and validate solutions proposed and delivered by external vendors

• Provide technical oversight of vendor deliveries and ensure technical and quality expectations are met

• Assess technical debt and prioritize platform and infrastructure improvements

• Define and oversee standards for testing, QA, releases, and production stability

• Establish publishing controls, approval workflows, release governance, and technical safeguards

• Improve technical SEO, structured data, schema markup, content architecture, and GEO / AI search visibility

• Translate business needs into technical requirements as a bridge between business, IT, and external partners

• Support long-term scalability, sustainability, and quality of the web platform

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Web Platform Owner, Business Analyst, Digital Platform Lead, or similar role

• Proven experience leading or owning web platforms or complex web projects

• Strong understanding of web technologies and architecture (not required to develop, but required to evaluate and challenge vendors)

• Experience with CMS/DXP platforms and ideally large-scale corporate websites or multi-site environments

• Understanding of software delivery, integrations, testing, QA, and release management

• Experience working with external development vendors, agencies, or technology partners

• Ability to translate between business requirements and technical solutions

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Very good command of English (Polish not required)
