Description

Support and drive progress, predictability, and quality across two Agile teams. Facilitate planning, follow-up, and delivery; identify and resolve impediments; and drive continuous improvement while working closely with Product Owners and development teams. You will also support initiatives tied to a Credit Risk Platform built in Pega, onboarding a retail client segment, and a new Poland-based Java team.

Responsibilities

• Support two teams
• Drive progress, predictability, and quality across supported teams
• Facilitate planning, follow-up, and delivery activities
• Identify and support resolution of impediments
• Drive continuous improvement within the teams
• Work closely with Product Owners and development teams
• Support implementation of Ways of Working and tools
• Support the Credit Risk Platform built in Pega and onboarding the Retail client segment
• Support the new Poland-based Java team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong experience with Agile and SAFe
• Practical experience with software development and SDLC
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to drive results through others
• Coaching approach to supporting teams
• Fluent English
• Relevant certification is an advantage
