Description

You will support Scrum teams in using Scrum effectively and developing agile maturity, including in innovative R&D projects supporting modern technology solutions. You will work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and maintain the quality of the Product Backlog, identify collaboration blockers, and drive continuous improvement. You will also promote Agile best practices and support the organization’s ongoing agile transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in effective use of Scrum and development of agile maturity

• Participate in innovative R&D projects supporting modern technological solutions

• Collaborate with the Product Owner on prioritization and Product Backlog quality

• Identify barriers limiting effective collaboration

• Co-create a work environment that fosters engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Monitor team effectiveness and recommend improvements to processes and ways of working

• Promote Agile best practices and support further agile transformation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach (preferably in teams developing technology products)

• Practical knowledge of software delivery process and working with developer teams

• Experience initiating and implementing organizational improvement initiatives

• PSM certificate

• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Ability to build partnership-based relationships and work based on trust

• Proactive approach with focus on growth and continuous improvement
