Description

Guide two banking technology teams within a Corporate Landing Hub to improve progress, predictability, and quality. Coach a team building a Credit Risk Platform in Pega and support the formation of a new Java team for corporate product applications. Work closely with the Product Owner on planning, follow-up, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure progress, predictability, and quality across both teams

• Work closely with the Product Owner and the teams on planning, follow-up, and delivery

• Handle impediments and remove obstacles to team productivity

• Drive continuous improvement

• Support the formation of the new Java team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Experience with Agile, SAFe, software development, and SDLC

• Fluent English

• Team player with excellent communication skills

• Coaching approach with drive to succeed through others
