Description

Support procurement and resourcing processes, track programme spend against budgets, and report on workforce demand and utilisation. Maintain accurate data in PMO tooling and assist with preparation of programme reporting while coordinating with stakeholders across PMO, procurement, finance, and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement: raise/track spend requests, purchase orders, and invoices

• Support resourcing: raise/track headcount requests, purchase orders, and invoices

• Track programme spend vs. budgets (actuals and forecasts) and provide management reporting

• Track workforce demand and utilisation

• Maintain accurate data in PMO tools (financial forecast, headcount plan)

• Assist with programme reporting preparation

• Collaborate with stakeholders across programme management office, procurement, finance, workforce management, and technical delivery teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a PMO support role within a global organisation

• Experience with procurement and workforce management processes

• Experience tracking project financials

• Experience within Financial Services and/or Technology functions

• Proficiency managing and reporting on large data sets

• Proficiency with PMO tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Clarity or equivalent)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
